- Strong understanding of key marketing metrics: CPM, CPI, CTR, ROAS etc;
- Analytical skills. You are aware of how to work with Excel, make decisions based on data;
- Experience with Facebook Ads;
- Creativity. You like generating ideas for creatives and hypothesis for tests.
