Implementation and follow-up of the HSE programs: - Liaising with the Commissioning HSE Manager to improve HSE Management system in place; - Conducting of daily HSE inspection; - Preparation of HSE daily report, Weekly HSE report, Weekly HSE achievement, HSE presentation for trainings; - Producing Risk assessment and JSA; - Conducting of weekly HSE meeting with vendors representative; - Carry out a gas analyze before confined space and hot works; - Ensure that electrical and mechanical LOTO procedure is followed; - Carry out daily inspections on LOTO procedure implementation; - Verify that IDC is accurately followed for isolation / de-isolation; - Maintaining contact with commissioning HSE subcontractor representatives in order to coordinate and assists the construction contractors in the implementation and enforcement of the HSE program;

- Planning and conducting HSE inspections under the direction of HSE Manager. - Prepare and maintain reports associated with inspections, incident reporting and investigation, response planning, and training. - Assisting with the execution of HSE requirements in order to meet corporate standards for rig crew. - Supporting of HSE Department projects as needed.

- Implementation of HSE plan at the site; - Control of proper use, regular inspections and certification of equipment: lifting equipment, lifting work, etc. - Conducting work permits checks (PTW, JSA); - Check equipment for safety (scaffolding, etc.) before using it; - Checking a status and suitability of personal and collective protection; - Checking a status and conditions of use of PPE at each workplace, if necessary, the adoption of corrective measures; - Paying particular attention to risks arising from the performance of work near hazardous production facilities or in the presence of harmful substances; - Monitoring, development of measures, conducting preventive work to prevent industrial injuries; - preparation (conducting) introductory briefings; - Preparation (carrying out) presentations on training for HSE; - Participation in activities to improve the performance of HSE; - Assistance in the preparation of reports on a status of HSE.

- Checking and monitoring construction/commissioning activities at LNG plant construction site with project-related HSE requirements; - Reporting to site management on HSE issues/violations detected during regular inspections of construction site; - Enforcing HSE safety regulations during work at height, hot works etc. to prevent/avoid LTI and/or environmental impact; - Verifying PTWs meet relevant HSE requirements and guidelines; - Monitoring/assessing/correcting hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety and awareness; - Preparing performance reports to Management; - Control check up of technical conditions of equipment, machinery etc. by responsible persons; - Daily attendance (presence) at the morning safety briefings/Tool Box Talks; - Holding the weekly meetings with customer. Scaffolding Supervisor experience: - Experience in conducting inspections of the compliance of scaffolding with occupational safety requirements; - Conducting toolbox sessions for foreman and workers on the specific features of the installation/dismantling of scaffolds taking into consideration requirements of HSE; - Control of installation/dismantling of scaffolds; - Weekly check-up of the inspection logs of scaffolds; - Daily inspection of fall arrest equipment; - Daily reporting to the management about condition scaffolds on Site.

- Participation in the internal audit of the OSH; - Control over the conduct of all work of increased danger in the area of ​​responsibility of the structural unit; - Control over the use of PPE by the employees of the unit in the performance of their production duties; - Conducting targeted HSE inspections.

- Performing the technological process of well workover under the direction of the driller; - Performing auxiliary works during installation and dismantling of Rig; - Performing of work at height from derrickman's platform; - Preparation of wrenches, elevators, hydraulic wrenches during trip in and out hole; - Performing of current repair of equipment and tools.
