Information Systems Specialist
I am a skilled Project Management Professional (PMP) and Change Management Analyst with expertise in leading complex projects, driving organizational change, and aligning strategies to achieve business goals. Experienced in stakeholder engagement, process optimization, and risk management. Adept at implementing change frameworks like ADKAR and ensuring seamless transitions through effective communication, training, and performance tracking to foster resilience and innovation in dynamic environments. I am also involved in IAM, Surveillance Systems, HRIS, Attendance Tracking, such as Biometric and Face Recognition systems, as well as other IVMS (In-Vehicle Monitoring Systems). The Vendor Engagement Analyst will develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans and initiatives to support Vendor Engagement Program implementation. This role is responsible for developing and implementing stakeholder engagement initiatives, from designing engagement processes and tools, to developing program materials and communications, and measuring and reporting on project progress.
Prepare and organize strategic engagement plans, briefing packages, and status reports on initiative progress, as required.
Provide project management services for stakeholder engagement initiatives, including establishing terms of reference, project plans, identifying resource requirements, and developing key performance metrics to monitor project progress.
Assist the Manager and Director in the development, standardization, and maintenance of project documentation.
Prepare updates on the status and progress of the project as required, as well as identify issues, risks, opportunities, and barriers.
Develop program recommendations and resources to support the implementation of stakeholder engagement projects.
• Provide direct support and coordinate meetings for internal and external stakeholder engagements and consultations, as required.
• Prepare and manage internal and external communications to stakeholders and vendors, including obtaining appropriate approvals.
Develop a wide-range of program materials and resources to support project implementation i.e., information sessions, presentations, educational resources, etc.
Model best practices and facilitate interactions for building and nurturing positive stakeholder relations.
Knowledge of IAM standards, policies, and procedures (SAGEM, MORPHO, HIKVISION)
IAM work includes policy adherence, user access management, security role configuration and support.
Familiarity with various systems, their connections, and how security and user access are managed.
Actively participate in gathering security requirements and facilitating workshops. Document security architecture and configure roles in line with policies and standards
Assist in testing security roles (unit and integration testing)
Identify and escalate security issues or gaps.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and support SOP development through answering team questions
Assist in cut over activities and pro vid e hyper care support.
Provide leadership to develop, advise, consult, and manage the design and implementation of information security strategies and controls to ensure consistent plans and security requirements are established to protect the confidentiality, integrity and assets.
Participated in the ongoing development and implementation of security strategies, plans and security services to mitigate security risks.
Design a set of specific security services or capabilities to support the business and maintain information security across the stake-holders. For services that may be outsourced, develop requirements for procurement documentation.
Advanced technical writing skills and experience in relation to developing IT security policies and procurement contracts and tenders.
IT project management skills and a thorough practical knowledge of project management methodology to enable scheduling and control of several projects simultaneously & implementing the knowledge in M365-E5 security practice.
Managing Schedule meetings & prepare briefing notes, meeting minutes, and other documents.
Prepare presentations for engagement with stakeholders, steering committees, project groups and other stakeholders.
Manage tasks and action items and follow up and escalate as required;
Coordinate approvals and sign-offs, Maintain engagement, meeting, and opportunity trackers.
Track and monitor scope and timelines for delivery of projects.
Work within the standards defined by the project management office and in the absence of standards work with the project management office to define new standards.
Work with project vendors to ensure that effective project communication exists through the duration of the project including escalation of risks as required.
Provide guidance to project resources in establishing work priorities and prompt delivery of project tasks.
