Project: Construction of a booster Compressor Stations. Bovanenkovo Oil & Gas field. Main Responsibilities: • Ensure and review compliance with HSE policy, procedures, processes and standards • Ensure scope is executed as per agreed strategies, plans, budgets and schedules. • Review of WPB & YEP (Work Plan and Budget, Year-end Projection)) and resource allocation. • Review of change control: cost, schedule, scope. • Ensure realistic plans for the various project phases by the PS Contractors by critical analysis and review of the Project Execution plan (PEP). • Involved in critical vendor assessment/evaluation. • Support to site construction and commissioning activities. • Evaluate PS Contractors performance in optimizing project development and implementation by constant review of key performance indicator against established benchmarks. • Single point accountability for delivery as per project objectives, including design, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation, commissioning, start-up, and final handover acceptance. • Interaction with representatives of Technical Supervision, Author Supervision, RTN.

Project: Hydroisodewaxing Complex at the branch of Gazpromneft-Lubrlcants Ltd.
