Construction of wind farm "Azovskaya WF" with a capacity of 90 MW. Siemens Gamesa Wind Turbine 3.4-132 Responsobilities: - Monitoring and tracking the progress of works activities, promptly detecting eventual criticalities or delays and proceeding in problem solving by coordinating with Site Manager, in order to reach schedule objectives defined. - Implementing Quality Control Plan on site, attending to the test execution when needed, and checking test reports and field data to assure quality requirement are being met. - Detecting possible non conformities during the works activities, promptly informing the Site Manager and supporting him in Non Conformity Report opening and problem solving - Develop, prepare and control submittals for technical construction specifications, schematic drawings, layouts and blueprints. - Create reports to monitor, activities relating to project schedule through daily and weekly plans, logs and reports. - Performing the measurement and classification of work executed and the compilation of the booklets of measurements and accounting (services entry sheet) required for the payment release. - Punch list creating and following. Weekly updates, closure and opening of punch items.

Mechanical Technician (Gas turbine) Gas turbine service Responsibilities - Dismantle and assemble machinery and equipment using a variety of hand, power, pneumatic and hydraulic tools. - Install machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints and other drawings in industrial establishments. - Align machinery and equipment using hoists, squares, rules, micrometers, plumb bobs, dial indicators and/or laser alignment equipment. - Perform material and machine inspections using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, rules, calipers, protractors, and torque wrenches. - Read blueprints, schematic drawings and technical documentation to determine proper work procedures. - Good experience in GE Heavy Duty class gas turbines frame 5,6,7,9 and aux equipments (inlet ducts, fans, pumps, heat exchangers, heaters, steel structures, etc.) Outage projects: Sakhalin LNG (Russia), Kazan TEC-3 (Russia), Hadera Paper CHPP (Israel), Karachaganak Petroleum Operaiting – KPO (Kazakhstan)

Project: Yamal LNG Customer: TECHNIP, NOVATEK Unit: GE Gas Turbine frame 7E + Helper Motor + MCL + BCL + 3MCL Responsibilities: - Perform on-site installation of systems and equipment and ongoing preventive maintenance, repair and calibration after installation - Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair and maintenance at customer's sites - Follow construction, commissioning and start-up of gas turbine unit - Perform walk-downs during installation to ensure that the customer’s contractors are working properly. - Solving of mechanical problems on site (piping rerouting, steel structure modification) and signs off on all changes implemented. - Monitoring and troubleshooting of system during machine start-up (lube oil, hydraulic oil, sealing air, cooling water, etc.) - Preparation of daily/monthly reports. - Laser alignment of rotation equipment. - Quality control (torque tightening inspection, visual inspection, baroscopic inspection, take vibration probe, etc.)

Project: GTU GE 9HA.01 388.64 MW. Modernization of Kazan CHPP-3. Customer: TGK-16, Joint Stock Company (TAIF Group). Key function: Supervising of erection works related to General Electric Gas Turbine 9HA.01 (388.64 MW), piping and other equipment. Responsibilities: - Organization and coordination of construction operations according to design documentation, specifications, design guidelines and other regulations. - Approval and revision of individual test programs for equipment and pipelines. - Checking of as-built documentation. - Preparation of technical queries for equipment suppliers. - Preparation of request form for extra material (picking Russian GOST analogues to ASME and ASTM). - Control of subcontractors to follow the schedule. - TOP processing. - Providing of on-site technical solutions. - Performing of oil flushing, nitrogen purging, pressure test (pneumatic/hydro), baroscopic inspection for pipeline and vessels. - Supervision of pipeline installation (oil, gas, water, etc.) and equipment installation (gas turbine, generator, gear box, oil module, steel structure, filter houses, pumps, funs and other auxiliary equipment). - Check material certificates for completeness and equipment for compliance with specifications and design. - Checking of project and estimate documentation. - Providing of weekly/monthly installation reports to customer.

Project: Novokuibyshevsk oil refinery, Russia, “Construction of a unit raffinate hydroconversion (RHC/RHT)” Customer: ROSNEFT Key functions: - coordination of work with customer management in terms of all aspects of equipment erection & technical inspection - following the schedule - inspection of incoming materials - approval of completion documents - checking of design and estimate documentation
