* Publish `My Sberbank' corporate magazine for 7 cities of the Volga region (Samara, Togliatti, Astrakhan, Volgograd, Penza, Ulyanovsk, Orenburg). ; * Write executive communications for employees; * Internal TV content (Sberbank TV); * Perform analysis and research to evaluate performance and objectives of the bank in order to suggest meaningful, newsworthy stories internal newsletters and intranet portal; * Write and edit articles and other planned communications. This includes independently identifying, researching, interviewing for and writing articles aligned with corporate priorities, and working with article contributors to ensure consistency of voice, style and focus; * Proactively partner with internal peers and clients to develop and implement strategies supporting strategic initiatives

* Plan and manage Alcoa Foundation programs in Samara in accordance with Alcoa Foundation priorities (over 4 new programs for Alcoa Samara employees and community kids and youth were introduced over two years - the programs that had been previously available only for America); * Submit weekly/ monthly reports to Alcoa Foundation ; * Build and maintain relations with campus and community resources ; * Hold community events (Green Works, Month of Service etc.) ; * Write and edit messages regarding strategic direction, new programs, and corporate news and announcements Main achievements: In 2014 our team won IV place at the global corporate competition Alcoa Impact Awards (Community category). The results achieved by our team were replicated as best practice throughout Alcoa.

* Support leadership and corporate communications initiatives by creating content to drive employee engagement, recognize achievements and promote awareness of Alcoa programs for employees; * Craft high-impact communications to engage and inform employees through a variety of Alcoa internal communications channels ; * Promote awareness of business activities and leadership projects; * Translate Alcoa internal communications materials
