- Search for potential contractors, subcontractors, suppliers of equipment and services; - Preparation of project schedule in MS Project; - Preparation of demand specifications; and the development of the tender package; - Collection and analysis of quotations, collection of data for the payback model of the project; -Correspondence and communication on the project with foreign partners; - Organization of meetings with foreign suppliers for the presentation of solutions and commercial negotiations as well as meetings of the internal working group (with representatives of production, technologists, building consultants, engineers, head of project), Skype-negotiations with suppliers; - Keeping minutes of meetings and adding tasks in 1C Itilium programme. - Holding the tenders for supply of technological equipment; construction materials and components; design work and project management; - Preparation of tender spreadsheets, presentation for the tender committee; - Preparation of draft contracts and additional agreements, preparation of comments for companies on contentious clauses of the contract, preparation of annexes and specifications to the contracts, including in English; - Conclusion of contracts, control of fulfillment of obligations, the product of the payments. - Interaction with all departments of the company (legal, foreign trade, production); - Control of deadlines, work progress, budget execution, reporting on the project.

-preparing of acceptance documentation (preparation of as-built drawings(Autocad, Arhicad), collecting and systematization of the documentation done by contractors, the formation of a package of acceptance documentation for object); -execution of assignments of the head; -preparing of analytical tables on the accounting, technical departments and production department; -preparing of contracts, monitoring compliance with contractual obligations of the company; -business correspondence; -preparation of time sheets (entering data on the executed amounts of works on construction sites).
