IT Techical Support Engineer
• Using ITIL best practices I provided support for end users (near 1000 users) by handling requests and calls
• Primary responsible for maintaining software and updates for accounting department.

I created and maintained knowledge base on solving issues and incidents. It helps to provide guidelines for existing and new IT staff, as result reduced time resolution.
• Using corporate Active Directory, I was responsible for managing overall 1000 end users accounts (create and delete accounts, users’ group management, group policy assignment).
• I was responsible for configuration and connection WiFi access points and Polycom HDX 7000 HD video conferencing system (in the amount of 4 pieces) at several sites – Atyrau-Aktau-Tengiz-Baku. As result business users got opportunity to conduct online meetings at remote site and proactively resolve questions\issues.
• Primary responsible for launching of a new office “Wood” in Baku (200 users).
I prepared implementation plan and coordinated work of service companies to make sure that all installations (e.g. network, telephony, servers) were done in a right sequence.
Verified and accepted quality of work different teams who were responsible for network and datacentre configuration.
Through my assignment all works have been completed within 2 weeks, as result business users (more than 200 people) were able to start work according to schedule without delays
• By monitoring incident dashboard and providing assistance to the colleagues, I make sure that all issues and requests are resolved within agreed SLA.
• I was a key technical resource on project Mobile Asset Management for YKK - Yeskertkish Kyzmet Kazakhstan.
Through my assignment I was primary responsible for upgrade Windows Server from 2003 to 2012 & SQL from 2005 to 2012. Including database migration, data consistency check and access control verification.
Moreover, one of the key milestones was implementation and configuration barcode WASP mobile devices.
As result project has been implemented successfully for more than 30 people and reduced manual work by implementing digital technology (barcode readers).
• Provided assistance to the remote sites (like Karabatan, Tengiz, Aktau, Bautino, Baku, Moscow, Severodvinsk and Sakhalin) by troubleshooting and resolving network and computer issues for more than 600 end users.
• I was responsible for prioritizing requests from complexity and workload perspective between team members. Moreover, escalated complex issues to the next level of support, including vendor.
• Provided suggestions and guidelines to the colleagues on setting up the Operating system, various specific software, and the principles of corporate network configuration according to the corporate and cybersecurity standards.
• Primary responsible for implementation SafeQ printing services, which help to the whole company optimize and reduce cost for printing, moreover increased security and privacy.
• Primary responsible for managing and maintaining lifecycle of IT hardware and procurement, including collaboration with suppliers and vendors.
• Established and facilitated daily meetings with IT teams (SCCM Team, Networking team, IP Telephony team) in a foreign office (Kazakhstan, UK, India…). As result improved collaboration between different teams , including knowledge and best practices sharing.
• Carrying out IT RFS - planning of work, hours to complete work, number of IT personnel involved. Planning travel, accommodation and meals (if required).
